White weather stripping (found at most home improvement stores. Paint French Linen, by Annie Sloan

Wood Picture Frame:
1X2X8ft spruce/pine from Home Depot.
L-Corner brackets (small 2 inch size) from Home Depot

Wall Paint

Top wall portion: Behr Whitewashed Oak Matte finish
Bottom wall portion: Genesis White by Benjamin Moore (note can was color matched by Sherman Williams)

Wainscoting Materials:

Chair Rail Moulding from Home Depot
Picture Frame Moulding: “Shelf Edge Primed White” from Home Depot
White Caulking: Alex brand from home depot
