π‘π©π»βπΎ BUSTING SOME COMMON GARDENING MYTHS....Part 1
- Pests are integral parts of our garden. Our garden provides them with food, shelter and a place to reproduce. So yes, they will come. It's unavoidable. Just like when flowers bloom, butterflies find their way, pests will also find their way!
- Everyone kills plants! Trust me! That's the ONLY WAY to learn plant care, understand them and eventually grow them successfully. The only way to never kill a plant is to never grow one!
- Putting plants in bigger pots than necessary can do more harm than good. First of all, they may actually grow slower and most importantly, bigger pots increase chance of overwatering.
- You can put planta in your bedroom at night. You will be safe. Yes, plants do consume oxygen at night, just like any other living being, as part of respiration, but the amount of oxygen used is very very small. So a normal bedroom with normal ventilation is absolutely safe with plants at night.
I had more than 50 plants in my bedroom for about 2 years and I am still alive!
Save it for later and share it with others who need to see this!
