If you have a small garden, its easy to think you can't do much with it. But with careful planning even small gardens can be beautiful!. In this video I show you a simple design trick that works if all you have is a patio sized space.
First of all, if your garden is mostly hard surface, I recommend pressure washing the area. This instantly makes a difference and makes it safer to walk on. Sometimes it can look like a new patio even by giving it a good clean.
Then I construct a set of softwood planters, painting them a subtle neutral colour to show of the plants. These will become the ‘walls’ of my garden room and by putting them on casters I can change the look of my new garden whenever I want. I then plant one of them with stunning spring colours.
