As Mrs. International 2022, Sandi promotes her platform Slay Your Day globally to share her S3 Framework to help men and women step out of burnout. She is also advocating for Mental Health bringing awareness to the stressors and risks that are present in work/ life balance. Discovering that the first step in treatment of stress and anxiety was medication, Sandi made it her mission to help others take back control of their life without having to sacrifice their careers, families or resort to prescription medication. Sandi is happily married to husband Jarrod Glandt and together they have two incredible sons, Jacob and Jordan.
