Sharing a very realistic and chill weekend in my life ft. organizing and getting my life together, dinner date night out, sharing a simple and easy fall recipe and some new creative hobbies I am trying out.
S T I R F R Y R E C I P E: What you need: - chicken or choice of meat (optional) - 1/4 onion - green onions - 1-2 carrots - 1/2 cup of peas - 1 1/2 cups of cooked white rice - 3 eggs - your choice of sauces. (I used oyster sauce, soy sauce and sriracha)
Prep: - cook white rice - thinly slice your meat & season with garlic, salt and pepper - dice all your veggies (minus peas) - mix eggs in separate bowl
Directions: - stir fry chicken for 7-10 mins or until fully cooked on medium heat - remove chicken and in same pot add all your veggies(except green onions) and cook for a few minutes - add eggs and scramble -add chicken back in and stir - lower temp and add cooked rice and stir - add your sauces (to your liking) - garnish with sriracha, fresh green onions and serve (optional)
