In today's video I wanted to share some analog hobbies or hobbies that help me to get off my phone, stop doom scrolling and reclaim my life a little bit. I share a lot of the hobbies I do, like knitting, drawing, climbing, hiking and keeping a commonplace book, as well as my dive into The Artist's Way.

One of the most helpful things I've found for putting down my phone and doing more, is something called Morning Pages from the Artist's Way. It feels like keeping a journal but more of just a brain dump to clear space. I'm hoping for a breakthrough so I can make better content and find a way to contribute more value to this online space.

#personalcurriculum #hobbies

so I've been seeing people talk about a personal curriculum all over social media and I thought this would be a great opportunity to approach autumn a little differently. I miss learning, and my brain needs a schedule to function properly so I've committed to "going back to school" except its adult evening or early morning school, and dedicating my free time to learning this fall. And I talk about how I learned so many hobbies, and new skills and how you can too!
