Coconut Cookie Recipe Ingredients: 180 g shredded coconut 6 eggs Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites until stiff peaks form. Mix all the ingredients together. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C (about 350°F) for 15–20 minutes. I don’t add sugar, but I like to drizzle a little melted chocolate over them.
