One of the principles I live by is "using slow, small solutions". How does this principle apply when we're exploring new outlets for our creativity? When we find a new hobby we want to dive headlong into?
Why is it such a good, sustainable idea to start slow, and test the water before we decide if a new craft or sport or artform is right for us?
