Welcome to a lil’ fall themed video. Today I’m talking about trends I have noticed across knitting social media in recent weeks and months, and what I think I’ll be seeing lots of going into the fall.
Of course, with social media algorithms being so impressively personal, the content that I am shown is going to be different from what you may see on Instagram and YouTube, so I’d love to know what trends you agree/disagree with or which ones you think I have missed.
I also want to acknowledge that a lot of the reference and inspiration photos I have shared here are from very prominent knitwear designers and sharers on social media, but this DOES NOT mean that they are the only people setting trends. I hope through this video you gain some inspiration for your own knitting practice!
