Join me in lovely historic Savannah, Georgia for a quick tour of the city, finishing at the cutest bookstore I've been to in a while. Come meet the store's cats and help me choose a book for the tour, and then let's take a look at where I am in my first knitting project of the season! If you'll remember, in previous Vlogmas episodes, I went over my plans for this knit, why I chose this pattern, and then casted on. There were clues leading up to the plot twist I reveal here, such as my row gauge being off, even though I was using the exact same yarn as the pattern specified.... some of you were very thoughtful in suggesting I do a swatch, but turns out... that wasn't the problem!

I don't have the energy to write a whole new description, so here's some of the text from the first episode! In this episode we'll find a suitable --and free-- Christmas stocking pattern for some future Crazy Quilting!
I'll pack up our suitcase, but not before going through all the various crafts I'll be bringing with me on tour, including knitting, future knitting bags and notions, fabric for quilting, some chicken scratch apron supplies, AND of course the inevitable garland and twinkle lights to make each and every hotel on our whirlwind 6 week tour feel like home for the holidays!
