One of the big updates to the iPhone 16 cameras is that they can now shoot close up macro photos and videos. This was a feature that used to only be on the Pro models but is now available even on the base iPhone 16 and 16 plus. The 16 Pro models do have the advantage of shooting 48 megapixel macro photos, but there's a trick to actually unlocking that feature.
