In this week’s episode, we discuss six essential tripod accessories for landscape photography. I just returned home from my Lofoten Islands Winter Workshop where I had a bit of an epiphany. One of the most common questions I received during this 7 day workshop had nothing to do with composition or camera settings, rather it had everything to do with the specific tripod feet I was using. And this question got me thinking that a tripod can only be as good as the way it's mounted to the earth - you can have the greatest tripod ever created, but if it doesn't make a secure connection with the ground beneath then what good is it? In this video, I'll review the three different tripod feet that I use along with three other tripod specific accessories that I couldn't live without.
