Today Moe and I went head-to-head with two licensed 1/8 scale trucks: 🟥 NEW Primal RC x Traction Hobby collaboration — Dodge Ram 4x4 1500 🟦 Traction Hobby 1/8 Ford F-150 Raptor
We start inside with a detailed side-by-side overview (about 10 minutes) where we walk through the main differences up close so you can actually see what’s going on — not just hear specs.
Then we show something a lot of people miss: how to use the transmitter/radio to control the onboard light kits on BOTH trucks (so you can run the modes and features — not just turn the lights “on/off”).
After that… it’s time to prove it outside. We hit the trail, cross a creek on a sketchy log bridge, rip around on 16v (4S LiPo), crash, laugh, throw water, and absolutely wreck the mud yard. We even end up with a rescue mission when things go a little too full send. 😅
