This river has been a problem for me in the past. the first time i fished it i had an amazing day with lots of big fish caught. However on subsequent trips the river and trout proved fickle and my success was limited. yet i kept hearing from people about the amazing days and fish they would catch so i keep coming back. This day although it started out slow with some average fish ultimately turned in to one of my best with an amazing late session brown trout that ate my very large blow fly pattern.
