Today we’re going to do two activities that will help reinforce the vocabulary from our last video about hobbies.

====================================
GAME 1
The first game today is a guessing game about hobbies. For this game, students will be given a clue, and they’ll have to guess which hobbies the clue relates to. They need to be familiar with the following words:
SWIMMING
READING
DRAWING
SKATEBOARDING
SINGING
Students will also get to practice asking and answering questions about hobbies. For example:
“What do you like doing?”
“I like swimming.”

GAME 2
This is more of an activity than a game. Students will be guided through the process of drawing two animals using circles and triangles. The animals they will be drawing are a mouse and a fish.

This video is great practice for Cambridge Pre A1 Starters (formerly known as Cambridge English: YLE Starters). It is targeted at beginner level English on the CEFR scale.
