I got this comment on my recent Declutter-a-thon videos:
From Sandy M:
"What advice to would you give to me, I sell collectibles in a local store, I go by seasons and colors, but I'm always rotating items in and out of the store, sometimes they sell on the 2nd or 3rd time , but meanwhile my 800 sq foot house is out of control. I'm retired from full time work,I enjoy this, but do I have to give up this hobby I like to get better living conditions? I've been getting rid of some things but it's hard and there is money involved in the purchases. How can I do better? Thanks !"
Sandy is not alone in this.
I’ve fallen into the same trap:
If I enjoy this so much, more would be better, right?!
It is that way with anything we enjoy – gardening, quilting, makeup, clothes, cooking, camping.
We can always add items to our collection of supplies that appeal to us.
In Sandy’s case, at least she’s selling them!
