MERRIMINIMAL 2023
A Joint make along (MAL) with Susan of Wild Cottage Knitting Ireland and for all those who have a stash of mini’s and are eager to do “something” with them.

A “Mini” is defined as yarn weighing between 10 and 25 grams. You can make your own if you have leftover yarn of a minimum of 10grms and max of 25g!!

MAL starts Aug 15 2023 and runs to Dec Jan 06 2024
Two milestone dates:
* For those of you focused on fall Knitting and/or Halloween themed items Nov 04th is the first cut off for prizes to be drawn the week of November 6th, 2023.
* For those of you knitting for the long haul January 6th is the official close of the MAL with the final prizes to be drawn the week of January 08,2024.
* You can join the MAL any time after August 15th,2023
* WIPS , less than 50% complete allowed
* Everyone is eligible to win a prize during the first prize draw in November 2023 regardless of progress. You do not need to finish your project but you must complete 50% during this MAL for eligibility in final prizes.
* A Minimum of 2 20gram minis or 4 10gram minis must be used. While Socks count - just using the minis for Toes, heels and cuffs of socks do not count….that would be everyday sock knitting! - LOL
* To be eligible for prizes you must post your project on Instagram using #merriminimal23 or on ravelry under the merriminimal23 thread in Ravelry under For the FUN of Knit GROUP page
