In the last 10 years I've traveled a lot shooting street photography in many places around the world. I also visited countries that aren't considered safe and I know that a lot of photographers out there are scared to go to such places because they fear that they might get robbed or even worse. In this video I'd like to share what I think about that and what I've learned over the last 10 years to stay safe when shooting street photography. There are a couple of things that you can do that minimize the risk and I think these tips might help some of you when you plan to do some street photography abroad or maybe even in your hometown.
