๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ถ๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฒ ๐ตโฒ๏ธ Ingredients ยฝ cup unsalted butter browned 2 tbsp matcha powder 1 cup granulated sugar ยผ cup light brown sugar 3 eggs room temperature 1 tsp vanilla extract ยฝ tsp salt 1 cup all purpose flour walnuts or other nuts (optional)
Instructions 0. Preheat oven to 350F 1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat until small brown bits appear. 2. Sift matcha into the butter and whisk thoroughly. Let cool to room temp. 3. Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl. Whisk until creamy. 4. Pour in matcha/butter mixture as you whisk. 5. Sift flour into bowl and gently fold with a spatula. 9. Bake for 20-25 minutes. 10. Enjoy
