since my entire career is online, i've had to come up with a lottt of ways to stay off my phone and be present in the moment. so these are my 10 lLOW-EFFORT hobbies that have helped me actually enjoy my life again. there are NO intense workouts, no expensive classes, and no "productive" activities. just simple hobbies that make life feel a little more fun. 🌷
