When did we become too old to enjoy our favourite old school hobbies?

Between our fast-paced lives and social media distractions, I think it's super important to regain what we have somewhat lost - the excitement of building a puzzle, the adventure of picking up a new book, the joy in playing our favourite song, the peace in painting a sunset..and so many other cozy hobbies to try that make us genuinely happy - way more satisfied than scrolling our phones.
