As sports and hobbies define our character and personality, watch our video with Zoe Salmon to find out how our appetite for adventure and desire for days gone by have changed.
There is nothing better than spending a little time on yourself, doing things that you enjoy. Sports and hobbies are incredibly beneficial and they are a fantastic way to relax and unwind. Be creative and you may even discover a hidden talent.

So why are some activities on the way in while others are most definitely on the way out? And which hereditary hobbies and sporting interests are being passed down from generation to generation? Watch our video with Zoe Salmon to find out more.
